Blackberries are on at my house. After picking about 8 cups of them, I decided that I needed to make them into something delicious. While they’re super yummy on their own, they can also be a great starting point for an amazing dessert. So with my many blackberries, I made a Blackberry Streusel Buckle. Who can say no to streusel-topped anything? Definitely not me. Enjoy this summertime dessert with some ice cream or whipped cream. You can also change out the blackberries for any other berry.
