Pancake bites are all the rage right now and it makes perfect sense why. They’re perfect for school mornings. You can make a whole bunch in advance, portion them out into zip-top freezer bags, freeze them, and just pop them in the microwave for a quick but healthy breakfast. Pour some syrup in a cup for dipping the pancake bites into and you’re good to go. Your kids will love them. You’ll love them too. What I like about these is that they’re made from scratch with whole wheat flour and rolled oats. I don’t know about anybody else, but I like the idea of my kids heading off to school with something in their stomachs that will stick with them until lunch. These do the trick. These would make a healthy after school snack with or without syrup. They’re so quick to make. Double or triple the recipe and make enough for a whole month. It would seriously take you under an hour. That’s a winner in my book. Would you like my maple flavored pancake syrup recipe?
