Easter Bark is a spin on the traditional peppermint bark.  Instead of crushed candy canes, we’ve mixed Easter candy corn, chopped robin’s eggs, and Easter sprinkles into creamy milk chocolate for an easy and quick Easter treat.Milk chocolate(Your choice.  We used ourVinician Milk Chocolate.)*

Robin’s Eggs, chopped
Easter Sprinkles*
Any small Easter orspring-colored candies*After you have your milk chocolate of choice melt it in your preferred way.  Again, if you’re not sure how to melt your chocolate, our staff is more than willing to help.  You can use a double boiler, microwave, stove top, or a number of other methods. After your chocolate is melted, spread it to about 1/4 inch thick onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle candy corn, chopped robin’s eggs, Easter sprinkles, or any variety of Easter and spring-colored candies that you prefer over the melted chocolate. The amount of candy you add to the chocolate is up to you.  Let it cool and harden at room temperature. When it’s completely firm, break it apart into small pieces.
