Strawberry Bavarian Cream Puffs

Everything that you want in a pizza crust a crisp, chewy and a wonderful base for all your favorite toppings, just in a gluten-free version.

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
Dash salt
1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
2 eggs 1 cup Strawberry Bavarian Pastry Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
4 tsp water

Fill a pastry bag or a zip top bag fitted with a pastry tip or a small open star tip with the filling and squeeze into each cream puff. You may also cut the tops off of the cream puffs and spoon the filling in.
